Operation & Maintenance for a period of 2 (two) years is also a part of this EPC Contract.

Excavation, bedding, lowering, laying and jointing of 1995 mm dia. (OD) 10 mm thick MS Pipe line in the length of 10200 mt. under CNC – 18 Project Jamnagar (Khijadia) to Motikhavdi.

Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction/Erection and Commissioning of Water Intake System - Sump, Pump house, Substation, Electro mechanical and instrumentation, Surge protection system, Cross-country piping including road/rail/river crossings with M.S. pipeline 1350 mm & 1400 mm diameter, total length being 122.43 kms., RCC sumps of 12.5 million liters, Horizontal Split Case Pumps of 1310 cum/hr. and HT Motors of 530 HP capacities.

• Jalundra Pipeline Lifting 300 cusecs of water from the pond at Jalundra and delivering to Sujalam Sufalam Spreading Canal, with M.S. pipeline 900 mm and 2150 mm diameter for 35.5 kms.
• Khosram Pipeline Lifting 8.495 cum/secs of water from a pond at Khosram and delivering to Sujalam Sufalam Spreading Canal, with M.S. pipeline of 2350 mm diameter for 26 kms.
• KNC-22 To pump 80.78 MLD of water in bulk through Iron transmission pipelines from 350 mm to 1150 mm dia. for 142.54 kms.
• SSW SK-1 To supply water to nearly 300 villages and 3 towns, with 885 kms. of M.S./A.C./D.I./PVC/HDPE pipelines laid and 3 WTPs of total 108 MLD treatment capacity
• NCD-1 Package: To supply water to nearly 150 villages with 897 kms. of M.S./D.I/PVC pipelines and 3 WTPs of total 30 MLD capacity

Providing, Constructing and Commissioning of Water Distribution System for Choolaimedu, Kulathur, Vysarpadi and Velachery Zones in Chennai including underground tank of 40 million liters with pumps of total 8300 HP capacities, 200 KVA DG set and MS pipeline of 1100mm dia.

MS Pumping Main with cement mortar factory inlining and out coating and other appurtenances from WTP at Kondapur to CWR at Narsapally (along Nagarjunasagar - Hyderabad road from Km.116 to 82/2 Km.) including manning & Operation for a period of 24 months.
