3	General Managers / AGMs - Contracts	Hyderabad	B.E.	15 to 25 years	The candidates should have experience in Contracts Management based at Head Office / Regional Office. Should have knowledge of various large contracts of FIDIC Model / overseas funded contracts / Domestic Model etc. with good skills in contract interpretation, dispute resolution, arbitration and claim management.
4	General Managers / AGMs - Tendering	All India	B.E. / DCE	15 to 25 years	The candidates should have experience in simultaneous tendering for multiple projects based at Head Office / Regional Office in reputed construction companies. Should posses skills in project cost analysis, various thumb rule check, risk identification, mitigating costs, analysis on post bid results etc.
5	General Managers / AGMs - Business Development	Hyderabad	B.E. & MBA	15 to 25 years	The candidates should have experience in professional Business Development, partnership management functions, identifying new projects related to power, ports, oil & gas, and railways etc. or as per the business plan, studying the feasibility of the project in terms of location, resources etc., giving presentations, convincing prospective clients, getting into joint ventures etc.

Should posses skills in Planning, Contract Management, client relations, good leadership skills and should be cost conscious and result oriented.
7	AGMs / Sr. Managers - Civil & Structural Engineering	Hyderabad	B.E. / M.E	15 to 25 years	The candidates should have experience in tendering, design & engineering of highway geometry, major bridges (RCC/PSC), ROBs, viaducts and tunnels. Designing RCC foundations & steel structures for 440 KV / 220 KV substations. Should be well conversant with latest IS & BS codes of practice and software.
8	AGMs / Sr. Managers - Mechanical Engineering	Hyderabad	B.E. / M.E	15 to 25 years	The candidates should have experience in design & engineering of water pumping stations, water transmission systems, surge analysis, water distribution systems, water treatment/effluent treatment plants / oil & gas and advanced technology based treatment plants. Should be well conversant with latest IS & BS codes of practice and software.
